A young girl named Eruru stumbles across a woulded man in a forest. The man has a strange mask on his face which can not be removed. Being the grandaughter of a great physician, she brings the man back home to help him. The man awakes to find that he has no recollection of his past and is in a town full of people with animal ears and tails.
